A key aspect of achieving this aim is increasing international teaching and learning exchanges that advance collaborative innovations and deepen strategic links with overseas partners in a range of regions around the world. These links will support the collaborative development of innovative teaching and learning resources that can be shared across the wider UCL community.
They are now accepting applications for the next round of bursaries, which seek to provide awards for UCL staff to travel to institutions overseas as well as non-UCL overseas staff to come to UCL.
The deadline for applying for a UCL International Teaching Excellence Bursary is Monday 4 November 2013 (midnight GMT).
Before applying, we strongly encourage you to read about the visits and work past bursary recipients have undertaken as part of this scheme, in order to get a flavour of the types of innovative teaching and learning developments encouraged.
To date, ten UCL staff have received bursaries to visit overseas institutions. Four academics from overseas institutions have been awarded bursaries to visit UCL.
